Your Order Cancellation Rights

 

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at invictusinstituteofbarbering@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Defective Items Only: Refunds are only available for items that are defective. If you receive a defective book, please follow the steps outlined below.

 

Deffective Item: Eligibility for Refunds

  • A defective item is one that has manufacturing flaws, is damaged, or does not function as intended.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.


Reporting a Defective Item

  • Please contact our customer service team at invictusinstituteofbarbering@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • A detailed description of the defect.
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Return Instructions

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.


Processing Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Exclusions

  • This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

No Returns or Refunds


  • Non-Defective Items:
    We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are not defective. All sales are final.
