2017
Invictus opened with an innovative, modern concept the city had never seen. A highly trained team, guided by the Invictus standard, redefined excellence in barbering.
The Place Everyone Talked About
Invictus quickly became a hotspot for celebrities, athletes, and high-profile clients. Consistency built recognition. Quality spoke louder than marketing.
2018
Tico began offering classes and workshops to the public. What started as sharing knowledge quietly became the foundation of the Institute.
2019
With growing demand, Invictus expanded to add more barber chairs. That same year, history was made by changing city regulations to allow a tattoo studio inside the barbershop.
First Back-to-School Charity Event
What began as a single event became a yearly commitment. Invictus proved it was about community impact, not just business.
2020
Covid tested everything. We adapted, endured, and stayed aligned with our purpose through uncertainty.
2022
A modern studio was built to elevate how we create educational content for our students. We also launched the first podcast focused on entrepreneurship for barbers.
2023
A new concept was introduced: the BBB technical ranking system to classify barber skill levels, pushing measurable excellence across the industry. In the same year, our revolutionary education app ‘Invictus Barber Academy’ was launched worldwide, expanding access to advanced education for barbers.
The Decision to Become a School
With growing demand and over 300 barbers already trained through our workshops, the next step was clear. Becoming a licensed barber school was no longer an option. It became the mission!
2024
After a nine-month process, Invictus received official approval to operate as a barber school, validating years of vision, discipline, and consistency.
2025
Not just a school. What didn’t exist was built. Not a copy. Not the old way. But a modern Barber Institute designed to transform lives. A powerful revolution was just starting.
ABC Barber Book Launch & First Class Begins
We launched the ABC Barber Book, officially introducing Invictus’ teaching methodology, while our first students began their journey. In our first year, we enrolled 40 students from 14 different countries.
2026
What started with cutting hair evolved into building people.
The barbershop was the first mission. Education became the calling.
Invictus enters its next chapter, preparing the next generation of barbers to redefine and elevate the industry for generations to come.
