The Invictus Institute of Barbering is a barber-only school born from the strong desire to change realities and how barbers receive education to truly prepare them for a successful, profitable and fulfilling career.
Our founder, Tico, has been a barber for more than 20 years. He has gained experience and knowledge from leading global academies such as Menspire Academy (UK), Ego Barbers (UK), Vidal Sassoon Academy and Paul Mitchell.
With a modern and innovative approach to education, adapted to the times we live in, we perfectly combined hands-on and online classes, challenging the ‘traditional model’ used by schools in the United States. Being a barber, barbershop owner, and educator for so many years helped Tico fully and deeply understand what barbers really need in terms of education.
Our mission is to revolutionize barber education and the art of barbering, empowering the next generation of barbers with personal and professional development. Through state-of-the-art training and immersive experiences, we aim to transform unlikely individuals into visionary barbers who will make a positive impact on the community.
